Ngor’s Nut is a specially processed and fried peanut. It’s not the regular “ pearch granat”.
It’s owner Madam Janet Samuels, commonly known as “Ngor” has held this receipe for over 30 years.
She learnt this method of peanut preparation whilst working at the Certificate Training Center (CTC) Njala. CTC was the Agriculture training center for the Njala University College.

All these years, Ngor has prepared these nuts for expatriates, private individuals and to send overseas. Now a retired teacher, she wants to use her time to upscale this knowledge into a business venture.
After processing, these nuts are not only crunchy and tasty but also less fatty and oily.
They are currently available at:
